Since Tolentino is a man-made island, the original developers made sure to construct a realistic beach for the residents. The beach stretches around the majority of the island, it's considered neutral ground. It had its own rules system in place that's upheld by a special coast guard, which has members posted on all sections. Residents of both Nirvana and Gehenna come to enjoy themselves here. You can expect many of the typical seaside amenities around. Plus, events, classes or competitions are often held here.
