Mischa is a selfless person through and through. They absolutely love people, finding that there are few they wouldn't try to converse with. Mischa aims to help people, regardless of the situation or relationship at hand. They have all the best qualities required for a leader. Resourceful, efficient, patient, but also strongly empathetic. When looking at solutions to a problem, Mischa always listens to the opinions of both the council and the public before deciding on the best plan to benefit Nirvana. Their benevolence is endless. Unlike the previous Prime minister, Mischa also wishes to keep good relations with the people of Gehenna. This includes trying to communicate with the mafia, keeping a relatively open border and inviting city folk to their annual festival.

Despite their best efforts however, the endless kindness is incredibly draining on Mischa's health. Their selflessness often blinds Mischa to their own self care. Physically, they're unable to aid the field agents like they used to. Sometimes, diplomacy just doesn't work to resolve an issue. Either way, they push themselves to try. In the end, it often results in Mischa burning out. Stress manifests in debilitating ways for them. They experience problems with focus and memory, or in worse cases become wheelchair bound for a while, requiring specific care. Most of the time, Mischa can get by with just a cane. Regardless they, reluctantly, know when to hand things over to their assistant, Zirconia. Mischa does get melancholy, ruminating on their glory days.

The only time Mischa seems to let loose is when home alone with their son Rodion and their current partner, where they collapse and watch mindless TV, zoning out to the rest of the world. If they're capable, they also like to take walks in the park, enjoying the beauty.
