Key Features

 

• The outer edge has lower quality housing, often run down, dirty, crumbling and a hub of extremely dodgy activity.

• The middle area has decent quality housing, mostly stable, attracting more of the families and average income citizens.

• The fringe of Cifer Central has a set of high quality apartment complexes. Richer folk live here, usually the young, successful or former high time criminals. 

• A few makeshift temples or churches.
