Nirvana council's top researcher. Tae-Ran is the newest member to the council, juggling her career alongside playing manager to her pop idol sister. Considered a prodigy, she roses the ranks pretty quickly upon moving to Nirvana. Her efficient, strict, no nonsense approach has helped the research labs of the council make major strides in development. She's also technically the head detective for the crimes unit when it's needed. Tae-Ran often gets flooded with attention because of her famous sister, however she's not the easiest person to befriend, thus makes her the perfect candidate for protecting information or people.
