A huge lot filled with all kinds of junk thrown away by the city. Littered with normal rubbish, discarded bodies and broken machinery, it's populated by junkies and the homeless. It's also a popular shortcut to bypass the residential areas. Considered one of the most dangerous spots, it's become a breeding ground for dealers of black market augmentations and drugs. Surgeons also flock as as there's plenty of space to set up tents, and plenty of potential patients. The local drug 'syrup' is said to have originated here.
