Viola's existence is something of a mystery, and she prefers to keep it that way. The most that's known, or at least rumoured, is that she was born to one of the mafia grunts and raised on the island, within the family itself. Even her supposed original name is up for debate, as some theorise they're using it to throw people of the trail. These days, Viola holds the position of the family's personal chauffeur, due to her non nonsense, focus on the road professionalism. They will sometimes also run small errands, but this depends entirely on what it is, and Viola's mood.

Viola is the epitome of the ice queen trope, thought it'd take something strong to melt through to the heart. Stone cold and serious, she hates most things and most people, keeping their eyes purely on the task at hand. They don't particularly have any reason to hate people; Viola is just generally antisocial. They do have a soft spot for some people, though that generally just includes the three Vittore siblings and maybe their parents. Anyone else outside of that would take something special to connect with Viola.

As aloof as she is though, that doesn't mean she's unhelpful or ungrateful. Viola is secretly thankful for the family's acceptance and protection, though they'll never say this aloud. They're highly dedicated to their job as chauffeur as well. In fact, the majority of Viola's time outside of the job is spent practicing stunt moves, fixing up the limo and fitting it with new gadgets. On occasion though, Viola may be found spending so quality alone time drinking wine in the garden.
